Normally that'd be too short to count, but since we know how frequently you make that trip and how much mileage that puts on the car each week, we'll take it as an entry.

I just bought my 450SLC last week and drove 600 miles home with outside temp as high as 100F. Surprisingly, the temp gauge was slight above 80 mark for most of the trip.

Well, I would have, but since you had to slip that extra reference in there, implying I'm normally boring, I'll let you figure it out in some more exciting manner.

I picked mine up in Kentucky early Nov and drove it home to Cambridge, On. About 850 miles -- it ran great and I had a hard time staying close to the speed limit !
