I called ARO today and talked to a very pleasant fellow named Jay. He promised to send me a couple TAN on TAN samples to see if it will match, within reason, my interior.

Hi Nobby,

I haven't forgotten you, I'm flat on my back re ski accident with my four year old. He clicked at the fifth ski lesson, skied away from his instructor. He's fine; I was chasing after him. He went straight downhill, directly to the lift, cut everybody in line to go back up schnell. I'm generally ecstatic about being a father of a four year old at my age, but christ does he scare me.

Send me your telno by pm.

There's quite an age difference between us. I'll be old, and all my past sins will have caught up.

I had the shop that did my interior re do my top. I 'm not sure what brand replacement top they came up with and sold me - but the meterial feels thin and cheesy.
I also noticed that the fabric in both rear corners pulls open and reveals a gap where it meets the body. Pretty noisey and windy when I get going. Is this a factor of an inferior top or do they all do this?

The canvas on my top is very thick, and the lower seam holds right down snug to the body of the car. Very little wind noise, even when I'm on the freeway. I got mine from World Upholstery, their Sonnendeck material.

I was just re-reading this after FOTO posted the link elsewhere.
Laverda has deserted me, so I will be ordering one in the next couple of weeks to be delivered to my house.
ARO sent me a couple of samples and Laverda sent the one he had to me last year. For goodness sakes.
I am not doing another season with my "rag" top.

Could I get contact information for this company? I am currently looking to replace my soft top...
