I've replaced the A pillar seals and adjusted the down travel on both windows. Is there a way to adjust the up travel?
The windows go up more than they're supposed to (I'm guessing) and it makes the window deform out if I close the door with the window all the way up because they're not clearing the new seals. By careful playing I've been able to find the "sweet spot" where there's no wind noise and the door opens and shuts properly, but these switches aren't really designed for precision and it's a 5 minute game every time I do it. I'm afraid if I don't get this fixed I'm going to break the window regulator one of these days when it doesn't clear the seals and deforms out.
