What to pack?

My 450SL is spending its first night away from home to get her new seat covers installed. What should I pack in her overnight bag?

The microphone end of a baby monitor? Or maybe just write down the mileage.

You guys are too funny

Actually, she was owned by a wealthy Hyannis Port matron for most of her early life. We know its not a real sports car - not like my Sunbeam Tiger - which sadly I parted with when sailboat racing began to consume my entertainment dollars. So, therefore, she has become a great touring car. We decided to even keep the whitewalls. We really don't have to worry about the upholstery shop - one of the great things about living in the Motor City is that there is a very strong network of high quality service shops. None of them are going to risk their reputation pulling stupid stunts. Need exhaust work...we've got the specialists, need your Mercedes engine worked on,...we have several specialists, some known only to other specialists. Need upholstery worK...there are two top drawer shops... one which does all the work for upscale cars like Mercedes, Rolls and Jags. So, that's a long answer to why we don't need a condom.....anyhow, she's on the pill.SideCropSmall.JPG
