We've got a 82 380SL we use as a daily driver here in Oregon (thank goodness for the hardtop) that has a consistant heater malfunction. At the start of each day, the heater won't kick on, unless after a few minutes of driving we turn the car off then back on, then it works like a champ. Sometimes on the freeway it will also stop working untill the next time it is turned off and on.
I've read some great responces on this forum about the mono valve and the air flap control elements, can anyone speculate about what needs replacing?
