1981 380SL

just purchased a 380sl it has been setting for a while but seems in good shape, problem it will start immediatly then stall as if it ran out of gas, new fuel pump, filter, plugs wires, checked cold start has spray as requied, fuel flow to injector seems good any ideas

How soon after it starts does it stall?

15 to 20 seconds if you try to give it any gas sooner, a few times it has ran maybe 30 seconds,when it does run it is extremely smooth

Mind did a similar thing. I will look through my records and determine what the fix was.
