Reputable Mechanics - Durban, South Africa

For those in Durban, South Africa.
Can highly recommend:

Robern Motors
45 Hunter Street
Tel: +27 31 3323822

Long history, family run business and specialise in Merc. Most of the second-hand dealer in Durban send their business to these guys, and they treated me very well with reasonable pricing and cheap diagnostics.

Hi, I have a Mercedes A160 automatic transmission. I had problems with the gearbox, they replaced the torque converter. Now it when I drive it feels as if the brakes engage and disengage the whole time. Can this still be the cars transmission, or do I have to get the brakes checked out. the brake pads on the one front wheel was replaced. Can that cause the issue?
