Because I don't eat processed foods nor do I eat out at fast food restaurants as I eat Halal foods. My meat comes from my directly from my butcher who delivers it directly from his shop to my doorsteps. My beef, lamb, and chicken are hand slaughtered, cleaned, and packaged, and delivered by the same man. I pay a premium but I know what I am eating. Meals are cooked everyday at my home.

Meat is composed of cells. Cells have DNA. This is where the "meat DNA" came from. If meats were mixed, then every animal's DNA would be specific to the species.
