The USA has been using the lure of capitalism to suck the brains from authoritarian regimes since 1917. It works. We get the brains and productivity and genes. The authoritarian regime gets to export the worst source of political unrest -- the brightest students. It's a win-win.

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and that’s what I intend to reverse.
