Now before you go getting your hackles up, read the whole article.

It is not a Slam on Obama and a "Bush is great" thing.

I think this makes a very good point about sliding back into the the 90's mentality of Terrorism as a Law Enforcement issue though.

Having had conversations with lawyers in the "Rare Air" of the pentagon, they are actually doing this because they see it as a preemptive caution against American courts setting the detainees free based on not knowing the rights they don't have.
