Europe has North America beat hands down on History and architecture. I guess museums are part of the historical aspect.

+1 on the Germans and Driving.

Food though, I have to say that the US in particular has Europe beat on that. I am sure that I will raise many peoples ire with that. You give me any European City and I will put a comparable American city up against it food wise.

Basically Europe is fun to visit. Good luck working there and trying to get things done. Particularly in Italy.

Also I have to say that the Alps have the Rockies beat because of the combination of the cities and the mountains.
