if it was not in the territorial waters of spain, then they really don't have a claim.. since the bad teeth navy sunk it, that's who should get the booty anyway.

the result is weird.. if the court has not jurisdiction then it can't order shit. out of bounds.
personally, i don't think the court has jurisdiction anyway. this was not in US. spain may have it if it's in their water.. otherwise world court maybe.
