if your writings do not consider him as the "Son of God", but instead just a prophet, that in itself is a deal breaker. Just that alone.
Now, just because the Koran speaks of Jesus, Mary and other important figures of history, tells me that these people did definitely exist. In other words the Koran is giving us proof of the existence, but little more.
AND if you want to see the differences, look over the 4 books, all written by differing eye witness accounts of Jesus. Matthew,Mark, Luke, and John (in NT of the Bible) ALL claim his deity and correctly. The Koran does not. Jesus tells us specifically who he is.
Apparently the Koran didn't get that fact of history in the book.
This is only ONE reason for the God to be the same. My God says he is Jesus, Yours writings don't.
