Watch the video. The cops were called.
The Attorneys who brought the suit were undoubtedly from the Bush Administration and the Clinton Administration (they were career attorney's) and they were told by the current Appointees to drop it (current Obama Administration appointees).
Wow, you must not have read the article very close.
Actually I did read it. "political appointees" don't just flush on day one of a new administration which is why I asked about from which administration they may have come.
Now, you bring up two things in your response as you question whether I read the article. First you assert that "the cops were called". Nowhere in the article, or on the video does it say that the police or cops were called.
Second, nowhere in the article does it say OBAMA Appointed attorneys, just political appointees. I bring that up because it strongly suggests that there is no proof that the writer of the article has any proof of exactly who called the shots on this, he has no idea if Obama political appointees were involved. Because both you and I know that if he had proof that it was Obama political appointees the first line of the article would read as such.
So you make two assertions in your post for which you have ZERO support. First that the cops were called. Second that these were Obama Appointees.
See what happens when you actually do read the article.
Back to my original questions, all of which are still very valid.
I would be interested in seeing both sides of the story. From the single side presented in the article there is a problem that should have had more focus.
- I would want to know if the police were called as any poll worker has the right to do to quell this at the first stage if it was truly a problem.
- I would want to know if the political appointed attorneys were fresh or left over from the Bush Administration, as well, I would want to know if the career attorneys had reason to amplify the issue.
- I would want to know if, this was current political appointees, who knew and who approved the change and what root cause analysis is going to be done to see if errors were made.
