Let California make their decisions. From the conversations that I have been hearing, the exodus of folks who have tired of narrow mindedness has already begun. Pretty soon many of those programmers and Hollywood "types" and liberals that are helping support that booming California will be living somewhere else.

I knew things were bad when a friend from SoCal called and asked if a gay couple would be welcome in Kentucky and if I still had a house for sale. I told her that our Vice Mayor [and soon to be Mayor] is gay, our state rep is gay and that the rednecks would not be a problem.

I might just have a house sold.

From a book you don't agree with.

Or maybe you can't figure out the irony.

A few things;

1) I don't preach from a gospel in which I don't believe and am not willing to act in accordance with.

2) I'm not a liberal by any stretch.

3) As little sense as your last sentence makes, an example that filled in the details would be welcome.

A book which has no business in Government.

Since California is such a diverse state, should we also take abstracts from other religion's books just to make it fair.

I mean, If you are going to put religion in Government, put ALL religions in Government.

You seriously mean to imply that heterosexuals cannot in any way, shape, or form, support the efforts of homosexuals to achieve something resembling equality without being bigoted against themselves?
