Well I don't really doubt that, but things don't always go as we plan them.

A wise-guy in a Saab 9000 once tried something similar with me by driving six inches behind me in a two lane tunnel. I brake tested him and he lost. For his trouble he got an appointment with a panel beater for his hood, a day in court for dangerous driving, four points on his license and a four figure claim against his insurance resulting, I'm sure, in higher premiums. for many years hence. Of course, I could have got a broken neck for my lack of patience, but I'm a born gambler.

You have to release yourself from these silly limits.

Oh, and should you get in front, the combination of slurpee/sunroof or slurpee/convertible tends to refocus those on crotchrockets to think twice about cutting folks off.

I very much doubt that his intention was to piss you off or intimidate you and I can virtually guarantee he did not intend any physical contact, so how were you compromised? Did it wake you up?

That's most likely.

Realistically though, there was no expectation on a winding, tree lined ramp of anyone overtaking me as there was no one within a half mile of me before I entered it.

If you drove a car with balls (like mine for example), you'd have been able to demonstrate to him that his little rice rocket isn't all that special and that fast isn't the exclusive dominion of 2-wheeled Japanese caskets. Not much shy of a Yamaha R1 keeps pace, or at least that's what the occasional stoplight drag race / highway showdown reveal. They're all talk, attention whores, and I'd have sent you bail money if you drove over his punk ass.
