Let's see...

Option 1

For $103.oo per month from every person in America we will house murders, rapists, child molesters and the like forever if necessary. This will include educating those with life sentances, giving them medical treatments that that you could only dream of in most cases. We feel this price could go up.

........

Option 10

For $1.03 per month from every person in America we will whip the shit out of those who commit small crimes and use a really cheap bullet to shoot through the head the really nasty bastards who if let go will prey on civilized people again. We feel that soon... this price will go down.

I'd venture a guess that the majority would go for the $1.03 per month, but would be bitching about it just the same.
It would be an interesting vote. If you are writing the advertising script for the "Screw it, let's just F'em Up" argument I bet I know which way the vote would go.

I give the F'em vote about...and everybody knows what's coming.

really, you do.

Wait for it...

Send him to Gitmo.

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and that’s what I intend to reverse.
