Why am I not surprised... ....The American way.

Not a natural reserve, nor walking paths,.. not even a bird sanctuary.

A shooting range...just in case WWIII is around the corner.
LOL – why can’t the range be incorporated in a natural reserve? Well, that’s what I’d do, anyway – 26 acres is a shit load of space, it could be used for many purposes.

The noise might scare the birds away.

Horses. It will also address the question of what to do with all your disposable income.

That's what I'd consider.
There's a little old lady on Lauderdale 6 that has more blueberries than she can shoot a poot at. Just about a 3/4 acre lot and she can't get them picked fast enough. You're right, blueberries do quite well here. We have some already set out but I'm not sure that I want that many.

You mean horses will eat it up faster than a Mercedes?

My house will be setting on a long strip of 15 acres that ells to the left of another place. The other 11 is across the road. Plus, there are many neighbors in which I'm going to be mindful of. 26 acres is not as much land as you think. I'm thinking pecan trees.

Ha, that would actually be my first choice if I had fifteen years to sit and wait.
