Interesting stuff.
No more Broasted Chicken and Curly Fries with a Chocolate Malt (crap).

Actually when you get used to it, a good diet is somewhat possible, but restaurant eating is rough in near any format. I've actually grown accustomed to eating somewhat correct (as I can figure it). Lotta guidance from 3 nutritionists and a Holistic doctor. Funny part is all 4 are pretty much in agreement with each other and my own research in the matter.
