I've seen the lists of formula funds allocated for each jurisdiction in this state, and it's absolutely phenomenal. There's a mad scramble amongst each dept. within any given city to produce a prioritized list of projects for those funds. It's sort of exciting to see some of the new projects, but at the same time, many are just those that were already in the queue, but had to be cut due to budget constraints. These funds can't get distributed soon enough, 'cause folks are getting pink slips left and right around here.
