Again, the reading comprehension issue with you rears its head.
Nobody said the student hadn't violated some set of rules, no matter how anachronistic and pointless they might be. The school is plainly within it's rights to suspend him.
But it's a bit inconsistent to suspend the actor, and not the fellow student who undoubtedly found the video by - wait for it - surfing the internet for gay porn.
All that said, the POINT you missed, was that in the discussion about Christians being tolerant, there was this very week a news article that again casts them as intolerant.
The student hurt no-one, not even himself, broke no laws, and didn't use his real name - yet the Christian school was ready and eager to suspend him because they don't like the concept of men lying with other men.
I wonder if the school would have suspended him if it was a straight porn movie.
