Dude, are you serious? Are you really trying to do this? If so, please do me/us a favor. Start another thread on this and please update it regularly and post all relevant info about it, how to start this project and what to do. There will be many in small towns that will want to do this as well. It will allow us to start this project in our cities as well. Imagine the amount of fuel we could save and imagine how much we can reduce our dependence on foreign oil if only in the spring and summer times we used these carts for everyday errands, such as going to the post office, groceries, etc.
