Not really. I mean you can get a gold digger or worse with a sexy new car, but all the genuine and cute people go for extremely bland, not maintained, late model, boring vehicles. Cute people don't want the car taking away from them and they absolutely don't want to look like they care about about something so inane as an automobile. They are very important you understand, they are cute and they are told such on a daily basis.
Old collector cars in excellent shape have a far broader appeal. The young people assume your are wealthy as they wouldn't turn a wrench if you put a gun to their head, so they figure you have a mechanic, and you have to be rich to afford any mechanic for a 25+ year old vehicle. Old American cars typically get the best reception with the masses.
