Well, apparently the Dallas Police Department wants to distance itself from the public spotlight as quickly as possible.

Seems the cop from Plano reported this guy to his supervisor as being a dick on the scene which is the only reason this made it to the public.

If he is a dick to his supervisor, can you imagine how he is with the public? Good that he is fired, some people have no business to work in public sector.

Where did you hear that? Initially he was assigned to a desk job, now he's on paid administrative leave.

This is probably his next (only?) career move:

Also, even though it seems to be a pretty accurate record, there's lots left uncaptured. The involved parties all agree that the officer in question was out of line, which pretty much makes any argument from the peanut gallery moot.
The vids were available before Dig embedded them...

Best comment is still Bear's, IMHO.

Reminds me of this one cop in Addison, Tx. and what he did to a good friend of mine. Conveniently they lost the video of the pull over when asked to produce it. Inconveniently for the officer my friend was on the election team for the then mayor of Addison. Opps.

It was what the police Chief of Dallas said when interviewed by CNN last night that this particular officer will be fired.

If I had suggested you enjoyed the intimate relationship you declared you have with the organization cited, you might have a case for your dreary defense of your diction. By the fact that I suggested it was not pleasurable made it non-stereotypical in the context of your less than effervescent, oozing round of bitching above. Be my guest and put me on ignore so you don't have to contemplate as often. Something has you acting like Oscar Matzerath. Get some help and get better. Could be as simple as firing the maid.

That's good to hear. I hope he stands by his guns (no pun intended) and that the union decides not to defend. PS unions have been known to defend outrageous conduct, I hope they don't here.
