Trick suspension exposé!

Why was this photo tilted slightly and cropped? It's apparent that the human subject is actually standing upright in a downhill driveway. It quickly becomes obvious that the blue Cadillac has had suspension modifications that allow it to level itself. Makes one wonder if it can be made to hop. So much for #1 original condition. Do the judges at Pebble know about this?

Er
Dig
Does not compute
Since the shadow/gap below the car is the same height width across its width
Therefore regardless of angle the car is parallel to the surface it is sitting on
However the non perpindicular element in the photograph should surely be wearing cotton gloves if he is going to paw all over the tinwork
