That's Japanese line alright. Only in Japan the rail attendants wear those uniform and white gloves.

It's not as if I was on the sidelines and thought it looked like fun so I dove in. Only an idiot runs toward an earthquake but someone was probably standing at the epicenter with no knowledge of the event the was about to take place.
