To me touches like the tool box would bring to focus the lack of rust in the truck, and it would be a selling point. But, no gun rack!!!

Admittedly, the days of drywall and 2 by 4 hauling have diminished greatly but the Ranger was sorely tested when it had to haul the siding on the containers in the pictures. It really should have been an 8 foot bed.

I was in the process of giving the truck to my father before he suddenly passed away a few years back. He was prepping it for repaint and was about to rebuild the engine. Tapping lifters and such.

I got it back and use it sparingly these days. Dump runs, mostly. We use another truck in the family for the serious hauling.
