You're still wrong. It's 7.62 X 39MM. 7.62 NATO is 7.62 X 51MM or .308 Win. I'm also pretty sure she was shooting a SKS, not a full auto AK-47 as TNT suggests, but hey, these apparently aren't rocket scientists.
I used to own an HK-91, which was a semi auto version of the HK assault rifle. It fired the NATO 308 round, which is more powerful than the AK 47 round. The rifle had a 20 shot magazine, a folding bipod, casing ejector buffer, and its recoil was unbelievably low. The effective range was over 1000 meters, and the weapon was extremely accurate. Not something you would shoot in close quarters though.
