Not to mention the lack of police causing a minor.. (really minor?) increase in crime.
how about changing burned out street lights, traffic lights, downed signs.
you'll be living in MadMax beyond LA in no time!

there's plenty of wasteful contracts given to political donors that have failed miserably.
lets start there.
I live in N.J. we don't have money either, but we accept tax increases because we live in reality.. not fantasy land.
we do, however have the most corrupt political system in the nation.
