Not worked up, by any stretch of your imagination, and it would be awfully hard for you to punk someone when you've been using the same ridiculously weak and oh so transparent routine for the duration of your time here.

You ARE an asshole, and a boor.

Yeah yeah, on the other hand I am not the one trying to deceive others by passing off Achieve Kids as a privately funded non-profit.

But in similar cases, nonprofit mental health agencies that sit on the special attendance review boards provide services.

Is it the non profit part that bothers you, or that it is money spent on helping citizens rather than buying six thousand dollar toilet seats or any other number of misuses of tax payer money? This organization provides a service and receives a fee. No different than Lockheed or Blackwater or Haliburton or AM General or any other of the long list of government funded organizations that are and have been stealing our money for years. Why is it wrong to help citizens rather than kill foreigners? That you would rather pay killers and warmongers than doctors and counselors is pathetic

Mlfun: Why argue with whomever cannot distinguish between a crime and a misdemeanor? Their opinions lack static cling to grab on. Keep this at fun level, it's the most that can come out.

Not in the nation's most populous state.

Didn't he get the memo from the 'rats in the Kali legislature ?

Obama hails 'fastest' US tax cut

Obama called the stimulus plan the most sweeping in US history

President Barack Obama has said US tax bills will begin to fall from April, hailing a tax cut he called the fastest ever to take effect.

In his weekly radio and internet address, President Obama said the typical American family would gain by at least $65 (£46) a month.

I can say it but it doesn't apply to this.

You really never did well with that "critical thinking" thing did you?

With a New Budget, Now Californians Brace for the Pain - TIME

There is an irony in passing such a draconian budget in the shadow of President Obama's recent incentives. "This budget plan has been really counter-intuitive from what people have been hearing about the federal stimulus package," Baldassare says. "We recognize that here's a circumstance where the federal government is moving in one direction, which is to encourage [funding] increases and tax cuts to stimulate, and the state is moving in a different direction."
