Tis a bit odd, but it sorta works if ya don't think about it too much...not unlike the burnt orange fireplace. The former owners were all pophisticated n' shit

I like the walls in your place. The arches and curves are cool.

If the gold makes you happy, screw what anyone else thinks. I like bold colors and used them in my home. Does that make me "pophisticated".

A few have said it's too much for them, but most people have at least lied to my face.

Yes, it's a Japanese copy of an earlier American design. Probably manufactured in the '20's or '30's...and it was cheap

The glass is not original
