The stories you guys and others tell of Vista nightmares, as well as capabilities issues from one form computer to another reassures me my MAC laptop was a wise choice.
Never had a virus, and in fact have challenged them by going into them. Very few lockups (by comparison to others). The added cost was a non issue.
Come on dudes. If you can afford a Benz, then why would there be a complaint of Apple costing ~20% more for quality ?
If I want to run on PC based stuff, I have HP pro loaded, but it is so clunky and frustrating to operate, I avoid it at all costs.
Unless there is a special need to have PC based software running I can't fathom putting up with the frustration, and stay on the Apple side of the computer.
What I notice is Gates dumps an operating system on you guys and about 2 years out the bugs get worked out. Lo and behold, Gates dumps another system on you and won't support the old one, AND you can't load some of your own programs down on the new.
How nuts is that?
Apple, on the other hand won't release a system without trying to get the bugs out first.
They release, and rarely are there issues.
Sorta a differing mindset, eh?
You guys can keep your PC's, I would rather not have a computer (and didn't) if I had to run PC's. Lifes too short for headaches and frustrations.
