Either buy an SLR or drink more gin to get rid of the shakes before you take any more pictures like that. Sheesh. For somebody so obsessed with appearance, you sure don't seem to care much about how your photos look.

Your first cavity? How old are you, 10? I see a pit where enamel has been worn off on that molar. That would be of concern. Or is that natural shape of that tooth? Also, sometimes brown spots appear on molars that are not really cavities. They stay the same for decades without any adverse effects. Some dentists naturally want to drill them out and fill in the tooth, but avoid that wherever possible.

You should have started with a more conventional orifice. Possibly a vagina, a mouth, or even an anus but whatever that thing is, I hope you wore protection.
