I agree. I also think what they are calling "toxic" aren't all that toxic, and like the Savings and Loan crisis, there will be a lot of money to be made investing in what starts out as smelly shit. A lot of those securities represent real estate ownership and performing mortgages. The market is not happy that Geithner did not roll out a plan for the "Toxic Bank". He better get a clue. I'd buy shares in it, sounds like the kind of gamble that might pay off big.
