Isn't it a shame that the country is put in a position to have to decide whether or not to compromise the the law of the land, the Geneva Conventions and most importantly the US Constitution when it addresses the disposition of the case of the person who planned the 9/11 attacks. We allowed sloppy, lazy, impatient and ill advised decisions from within the Bush Administration to lay the groundwork for this legal conundrum.
And folks wonder why Bush is despised across the world.
Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.
