You know that might fly; after all I live in the city so it's not like I don't have access to public transportation. Maybe I will change the 560 registration before I get my next emissions convocation

Garage
I just paid my car tax this month on the Avalon and the Voyager tax was paid back in November.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

I have been anticipating that CARB rules would continue to creep to all 50 states over time. It provides a source of revenue for the states and does keep big polluters off the road.

As long as the cars are maintained in very good tune, there should be no real problem. My 80 280SL Euro and the 68 280SE are the main two that I would worry about and they can both hit the antique status anytime.

The SL was driven all of 420 miles last year.

Obama's announcement on his seventh day in office delighted California officials who have criticized his predecessor for ignoring the state's long tradition of setting its own air standards.

The bipartisan quote is a stretch so thin it is almost Clintonian.

So far, Obama has shown to be nothing except pandering to this core constituents.

Perhaps the two are not that different after all but unfortunately we occupy the same boat.

I submit that if viewed dispassionately, the anticipated leftward swing will be far less extreme than the observed rightward swing of the PFA.
