Question leaving the country with a green card

I want to leave the country some time this year to visit some family and all i have is a green card. What do I have to do so I can leave the country and come back legally? I am not a US citizen yet.

You can travel freely with a green card (and avoid the lines at immigration).

You can leave, but if you want to apply for the US citizenship in the future, you should not be out of the country for more than 6 months.

If you leave for more than 6 months, your 5 years mandatory staying period will be reset.

Yes, you will need your Romanian passport, but your green card is your permanent resident's visa for the USA. When you return to the U.S. there is one channel for citizens and permanent residents and another for everyone else.

All passports are very similar in appearance and size. They are almost standardized throughout the world.
