I recall something revealed during the Kwame investigation about how even though you delete stuff, it stays on the chip in the phone. Does that sound possible? Of course, if you didn't save, then erase, you might be safe...from...I don't know who?

Hmm... an impractical solution in my case as I use the camera part for work purposes and don't wish to carry an additional phone. Have you seen those geeks that have to wear 3 phones and a pager on their belts?

I can just see some disgruntled minor sending such a picture to my phone (see: Kwame Kilpatrick and check out the September 28, 2007 entry). Then, a quick tip to the cops and suddenly I would be a registered pedophile.
I agree with your lawyer. Stick to that story.

But after we sent one of the phones flying across Times Square and dropped the pager into a lake that problem has been somewhat attenuated.

I think the key is that if you were to receive an explicit sext message, as long as you called the right people ASAP [Human Resources if an employee, Police, if underaged, Police, if unknown to you] you would have timestamps on your side.

Oh, and I would imagine that forwarding to your buds would leave a trail that would hose up your case.
