There are really weird rules for raptors.

I was within 10 feet of that guy [and he was only 10 feet off the deck] so I got a pretty good look at the front. I sent the pic to birder to verify. He will let me know when I mess up IDs

Was it named thus because it assisted in the making of barrels. or for some other reason?

They are typically Metal/Pop fans. The decision was Cooper's Hawk instead of Osborne's Hawk after the head biting incident.
