No, the chutney wasn't a particular surprise. I figured it as quintessentially British, which is - oh fuck it.

A properly-prepared MC can be eaten with bare hands. Those ones that aren't sealed and are a mess to eat aren't proper. Bennigan's has a pretty good one.

Sam's Chowder House in HMB has arguably the best Lobster Roll Sandwich in the US, although there are allegations that it was originally an east-coast delight. I don't even like most seafood and this sandwich is awesome!
