don't gamble! it's a fools game.

I'm oozing sympathy for those who dishonour their bets, Jerkoff made a bet, and now thinks he is going to be able to ignore the dept collectors, should I care?...NO!.

A good option for creditors is to sell their debts to the dept buying industry a rather vibrant business in Asia, so I have sold the dept to a gentleman in Singapore this allows me the creditor to generate immediate revenue from their accounts receivables, and avoid the possible legal liability and public relations risks associated with debt collection, at 35% it's a fare pay out for a gambling dept. All legal and above board, and no longer my problem.

Stick a full page spread in your local paper, bleat to associates, post bullshit on the net, but my advice is always pay these people, anyone who has not learnt their lessons in life when it comes to gambling, don't gamble! it's a fools game.

The reasoning for a Singaporean representation has already been explained to you, ADR laws in Indonesia is exasperating long winded and not trusted by local or international participants.
Secondly you frequent Sing and you condition will have you there sooner or later as a necessity, and being an American passport holder makes things even easier and I have faith in the Mr O'Neil reputation in these matters he has viewed the permailinks and agrees you entered a bet freely and a case is viable.( and being an Irishman and Barrister he enjoyed my prickish antagonistic matter, which isn't a crime btw).

You are wasting you time whinging to the Singapore officials as this will be a issues for the courts, and no threats have been made on my behalf, on the contrary informing you of the gravities of O'Neil enforcement is 'free counsel', the issue is being channelled though the legal system and not that of a freelance and whether or not they succeed is of no concern of mine, you will be paying in time and money in attempts to wriggle as we are sure you will at the very least. The only thing imaginary about this my man is that you think it's imaginary, these thing take time so don't despair. I won't be surprised if Sing police send you this link back as help for you in this case National Council on Problem Gambling.
Creepy you say Z, no business is business and Americans like jerky boy need to learn to pay their bills, the world would be a better place if Americans learnt to pay for their folly.
Do feel free to add this to your ECPlink.
