Is your son taking a leak on the carpet?

Thankfully no, we used good quality diapers. I think he was charging me so I would get off his new toy.

That one of you in the rear garden wearing the leather and the tiny helmet will do nicely. What was the name of your motorcycle troupe? The Red Rangers or something along those lines?

As the official BWOT resident drunk, I require you to send me several bottles of the Home brew for scientific evaluation.

I don't want to know what you think I'm doing on that trike then.

Chad, is that home brew a first or have you had previous experience with H B?

I've done several batches so far and tried steeping grains and hops recently. I'm pretty new to it all but every batch has been better than anything I've tried from microbreweries and definitely better than anything from the distributor.

I'd like to upgrade to glass carbouys so I can see the ferment happen instead of just watching my air lock. The cheap kit I have works fine though.

EDIT:

Here's racking:

I've filled and emptied these bottles a few times. I recently added 40 more Grolsch bottles so I can have 2 batches in rotation. The only part of home brewing I could do without is bottle sanitation. It's tedious and boring.
