Not HALF as bad as the last eight years of circus we've witnessed.

If Bush managed Ringling Bros half the animals would be dead, the monkeys would be setting up the big-top, and the clowns would be running ticket sales so they could skim 20% off the top to support their alcohol and drug habits.

If they'd have sat Burris, I can guarantee you'd have posted something about how corrupt the Dems are. You've got all your trash lined up and ready to fling.

They did the right thing. Blago should never have had the balls to try to cling to his Governorship, much less appoint a replacement senator. Secondly, Burris should have the common sense to stay away from a tainted appointment spot.

It ain't good, but it certainly ain't reflective of the Democratic party as a whole.
