Everybody has faults. A man's fault does not define him. You have to take the person as a whole. Warren has done very nice things as well. A man may have one fault but may also have 99 good attributes as well. Will you judge him on just that one fault without taking into account the positive attributes? Why didn't the gays say that they admire Obama's choice as Warren is a champion for the homeless, fighting poverty, fighting for women's rights and AIDs? Its because this wouldn't fit theit agenda. I disagree with the gays on this one. I don't think they have a case. However, I would have liked it if Obama would have picked someone that everybody could have been happy with. Guess you can't please them all. Besides, what about Obama's own personal choice? Shouldn't he get a say so? At least he is not like Bush who didn't ask for any advice nor took it when some was given to him. He was the decider, the executor, etc. At least Obama's pick is not going to be cause the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, making millions homeless, and creating a whole new generation of potential terrorists out of the orphans he made who will attack us and it WILL be our creation and our fault. CHILL!
I believe in pulling the plug on a person who becomes a vegetable. A pro lifer will only see that aspect of me because this fits his agenda. He will never see the thousands of lives I may have saved and the thousands more I will save in my career. This IMO is the same thing. We have bigger and much more important things to worry about like terrorists, economy, wars, occupations of countries, hunger, genocide, big3, health care, job losses, homelessness, cancer, aids, etc. With all these issues we talk about gay rights and abortion? Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture or am I the only dumbass?
