this isn't just about a cd player. its also about the customer service he received from a company that has driven itself into the ground and is now asking for your and my money. its not a single isolated incident, the big 3 is not in this problem bc one person is unhappy with their products.

this situation didn't magically happen overnight for no reason, people have bought other cars for good reasons for years and years and now its finally a big problem. any company that loses money every time it sells its product is not a company that deserves to be in business.

The Jaguar unit of Ford Motor led all auto brands in consumers' satisfaction with their car-buying experience, according to a survey by J.D. Power and Associates.
The California-based research firm said Wednesday that overall satisfaction with buying new cars was the highest in the 20 years it has conducted the survey.

Jaguar led its closest competitor, the Cadillac brand from General Motors in the survey of more than 42,000 people who registered new vehicles in May.

``They did exceptionally well this year. Jaguar has been first
the last three years on the study. They have traditionally done very
well,'' said Tom Gauer, senior director of automotive retail
practice for J.D. Power.

This issue isn't about the car-buying experience, which is nothing more than an exercise in professional ass-kissing.
