So, whats wrong with putting an aftermarket stereo? I think they are fine as long as they are done right and not everything done half ass and rattling the car apart. You guys shouldn't have started all this B.S. with Mister E but at the same time Mister E shouldn't have responded the way he did! Who cares if stereos dont have a good re-sale value? As long as it makes the time that you own the car more enjoyable thats all that matters. I see plenty of cars that come into the dealer that are done poorly and make me think less of the car but there are also plenty of MBs cruising around with awesome stereos. When I think of a nice stereo I dont just think of adding some subs and an amp to the car, I like to replace the speakers as well. I cant stand when people go cruising around with their windows down with the stereo blaring and all you can hear is distortion. That doesn't make you cool.

Friend, take some time to navigate around OT and see what constitutes the dynamic in here. You'll soon see that this thread, like most that crop up around here, has very little to do with the topic or the original poster. Once the queasiness and rectal discharge disappear, you may find that there's a certain logic and rhythm to the seemingly random grunts and ramblings.

Oh Absolutly nothing wrong with that! It got off topic with what you may call BS since mr e decided to do a "your f ing stupid" line instead of sticking to his guns on the stereo subject.... Besides This is BWOT and there are no rules that say we can't have fun is there?
