They probably are content, your sarcasm aside.

But the point was that if he had until 18 to file a citizenship affadavit, that information would not show up on his birth certificate, but on a later document which also should be made available.

I am not sure he had to do anything. Just choose. I know in Raju's case he just has to pick a passport, Indian or USA and go with it, nothing else.

If he was holding a Indonesian passport there for declaring his citizenship at the age of 18 he had to the age of 22 to reestablish his American citizenship.

Even if that was true, he is still a natural born citizen. I don't recall anyone suggesting that he had renounced his US citizenship, have you?
