How is it you find everything so black and white, seems as though people are either in agreement with you or they are RWNJs?

These wackos are just nut jobs, plain and simple.

The guy who sued "Peoples Association of Human, Animals Conceived God/s and Religions, John McCain [and] USA Govt." is clearly a nut, but a RWNJ would be unlikely to sue McCain or the USA Government. Not too sure about the other plaintiffs there (that odd reference to god/s and religions), but if he's trying to sue god, guess that's more evidence he's not a RW?

I agree that this is probably much ado about nothing, but since there is no official way to "vet" a presidential candidate for being a "natural born citiizen" except to examine a true birth certificate, then Obama should just produce it and lay the issue to rest. Otherwise, it makes one wonder what he gains by prolonging the resolution.

Also, anyone seen his medical records yet?

We already saw what's legal and perfectly acceptable. What else do you want? That he steps down anyway?

I realize I have asked this before. Anyone wonder why that, with hundreds of lawyers on staff the RNC or the McCain campaign wouldn't have looked into this if there was something to look into? Or what about the Clinton Campaign. They above all would not be above/below digging for as much dirt as Karl Rove in an effort to gain an edge and save precious campaign finances.

But they didn't. Why. Do you think it might be because they actually thought about it? Looked at the issue and determined that there was NO ISSUE to look at?

Those that look from the fringe and make these frivolous demands, arguing that "If he has nothing to hide..." or "just show it to satisfy a contrived hypothesis" just lack the common sense to work it out that there are folks that have covered this well before them and that are in a better position to actually do something and did not because there was nothing to do. They just want to believe something MUST be wrong and dammit they half to have proof.

As multi said, we have no RIGHT to see it. Those who do have the right have made the decision that the proof has been rendered.

Mcbear your making WAY too much sense here. but for some, the very fact of who Obama is and what he has accomplished is too much too handle. therefore they hope and pray for some crazy technicality.

if it was anybody else they would have fell in line since he won fair and square and focus on the serious problems we have at hand.

SCOTUS did not grant or deny a writ of certiorari on Friday as anticipated. The grounds of this suit are not that he wasn't born in Hawaii, but that Obama achieved, at birth, the same citizenship as his father--British.

If he was born in Hawaii with a parent of foreign citizenship then he had until 18 to decide which citizenship to choose if the laws then were as they are now.

A friend is just going through that. Indian parent, American birth.

If so, that would require some form of affidavit be filed, affirming his decision, about which I've seen nothing.
