A Question On Concretism

I have a home built on a giant post-tension slab. No subfloor, just padding & carpeting over the slab. If we wanted to do something interesting to the existing concrete, A) how hard would it be, and B) what might look good?

Crushed oyster shells mixed with broken glass will keep pesky relatives at bay.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

With the resulting clinical depression and nausea that sets in when your family comes in contact with you the vomit hiding feature will come in handy.
