They will need to be fixed and it's more responsible that you arrange that prior to finding them homes.
De-worming is something you can do yourself. It's only tapeworms which get passed through mother's milk and one dose of praziquantel usually takes care of that. It's much cheaper to buy that on line (Pet meds for example, look for 'D-Worm') than getting it from the vet. Order the tablets sold for dogs and then divide the tablets according to the recommended dosage for cats/kittens - it works out about half the price. (You will need to dose the mum too). Incidentally, the tapeworms' life-cycle involves the flea, so it's imperative that there are no fleas present.

I've never had a problem with 'stinky-pee' with any of my cats over the years. but you need to use a good quality litter and remove the clumps frequently.

De-clawing is a very bad idea and almost unknown in Europe. Cats who cannot defend themselves with their claws tend to become hyper-defensive, withdrawn and resort to biting. If they cannot climb trees they are at risk from many predators outside the house. Provide the cats with a clawing post, near to where they sleep and they should be fine.

I think de-clawing is barbaric. The kitties will get top-notch treatment, and I think my daughter's doting will help assure that they can successfully integrate into the human world. I'm not sure momma will ever become fully domesticated, since she's still severely skittish and won't allow me to approach her in the least. Though, she doesn't exhibit any negative signs other than that. She isn't bitchy or vocal...just skittish. I think we'll keep her and the kitty with the narrow white stripe on her nose.
